Random update: UW additions nearly finished. Hammering out last minute details and testing to make sure everything works as intended.

But but but...I was going to have 100% DI proc 100% DI (which in turn proc'ed 100% DI, which then procs 100% DI, which contains 100% DI, that has 100% DI proc, etc)...
Infinite buff loop denied. :-(
