Here is my team...

Pally, Warrior, Berserker, Mage, Cleric. 

Should I add a druid or shaman to the mix, or a different class entirely, and why?

I would at a Nerco to ur group for the dps and they process life tap that heals themselves.  FD is nice if group wipes out.

As for druids and shamans, unfortunately those two classes are mainly delegated to "buff bot" duty on this server, for the most part. Personally I'd add a second paladin, semi-dps and more heals.

My main team is similar with a 2nd paladin. They're just so good at low maintenance healing. Mycleric doesn't really do anything except on major bosses (ie book bosses)

WAR PAL PAL CLR + 2 dps.

I use SK tank, with 2 paladins for healing and 3 dps toons.  I guess the warrior needs the extra healer Tongue

But Brokyn you don't need that much healing in The Field of Bone!
