Last time i was fight with traya T4 boss.

I was playing solo box, and each time traya crashed i crashed too.
So multi box or not the zone crash.

Each time we crash during fight but one time we crash during zoning into guild instance. So maybe guild instance is bugged ? will be nice to try in the non instance zone to see if we get any crash ?

Some info to add,

Last night I was talking to Crab about the crashing and he said to try it without WinEQ. I told him we had lost to many stones and were just going to wait for a fix, so he offered to spawn it for us.

He ended up spawning 2 and we killed them both with no crashes, so we started spawning them on our own. What ended up happening is the 4th one crashed and the 10th one crashed.

So we are thinking that WinEQ has something to do with it crashing almost every time, 26 crashes, 6 kills vs. 8 kills and 2 crashes is huge.

We still think that there is something else that causes crashes, like 1 in 5 or 6, but we can live with that.

So wanted to say thank you to Crab for the info and the willingness to spawn them, and see if other people are using WinEQ there.

I know people that use NO 3rd Party programs are having little to no problems crashing. Its gotta be a 3rd party program. As for waiting for a fix, I'm not one of the developers for the source, so could be waiting for ever. There are cheap fixes that could be done, such as if its determined if 1 spell is causing the crash, which I doubt though, unless a certain 3rd party program just doesn't like it. I'd have to verify it was the spell though. Try using no programs, just strait up EQ and see if its crashes.

Yeah it seems to reduce the crashes way down though Tib - most of the people crashing are crashing way more often than 1 in 10. You could also be crashing based upon someone else in the zone crashing the zone because they have it loaded whether it be wineq or isboxer or whatever people are using. It could also be a custom ui component possibly or a non stock ini file those would also be things to set back to basic to see if the crashes reduce further.

No doubt multiple things are at the root - this one just seems to be at the root of the bulk of the crashes potentially. (not proven yet)

MacGyver could fix it with a toothbrush and a hair pin if Hunter would let him have access to the server.

If the zone process leaves a core file when it crashes, it would be very simple to get a stack trace from that and possibly narrow the problem down and apply a code fix.
