Has anyone ever seen this "infamous arrow" ever drop in Tacvi? I've cleared it a million times and never seen it.

Tacvi arrow does drop, I think only from boss 8, and yes, I've seen it.

I ran 40 tacvi runs this last week for a ton of alts. I saw the arrow 3 times and the quiver twice.
Its there, its rare, sometimes you see it often and other times the RNG screws you good.

I've had this quiver on my Ranger for over a month now... and i have no idea how to use it. I never played a Ranger on live.

How the heck does it work? Is it supposed to sit in your inventory and you put the arrow in it... or? What benefit does it provide? I didn't see any stats on it.

You put it in your inventory and it gives you 20% ranged haste. You can put arrows in it if you like, but you likely have endless quiver and don't need to worry about that.

I've cleared Tacvi maybe.... 10 times since being on this server (I get very lucky on armor drops it seems), and have seen the arrow twice. Never seen the quiver, though. Just keep at it... My guess is the RNG just hates you.

Well with the number of times you will end up clearing the zone you will end up with enough arrows to start using them to pull on a warrior. Kinda funny when you crit hit and one shot some mid 50s mob while running around.

Really? I only geared up 3 chars but I was done with tacvi by about the 8-10th time... then I cleared it 10 more times for the arrow but never got it to drop... ended up buying it from someone - this was just a day or 2 ago so yes I know it's still dropping. I did get the quiver to drop also but I already had one.. so guess I have 2... does that increase haste? =) (doubt it)

Drops off Tunat the final boss.
