Adding a 6th box help plz

Hi all,

I currently run War/Pal/Pal/Monk/Bard/ Clr and I am finding that the Bard dies from add aggro due to his songs, as happened to me on Kronos. I am not sure if I should boot the bard and if so what box to add? I have the choice of Ran,Monk,War,Mage,Dru,Shaman,Chanter. All of these char are already 3.0/ fg /cg with a smattering of T1 /T2 gear.

Anyways I want to best DPS option for single grouping it up through T4 if possible. I took a break from before the new augs and am not sure as to my DPS option now.

Bard should start surviving more once the Warrior gets some AoE augs.

Warrior has full anger V, bard died on Kronos from dragon add, all others did not even take a hit.

It is because the bard song is the first thing he picks up on, once the warriors augs proc it should pull agro back to the warrior very easily but I guess the point is your bard is not lasting long enough for that to happen. The bard will last longer later on if you really like having him along, but if you are wanting to replace him with a more resilient toon go with a monk.

Question, what does the bard have to offer that makes up for the minor dps loss when compaired to the monk,

Pick locks? They don't really have much to offer in their current state. They used to effect procs by 30% which would make them completely worth it but they don't do that anymore. The haste they offer is mostly mitigated by the raised haste on items. Now a bard can make a difference with pets and with the 4.0 being able to pump a wizard with mana. But other than they they just don't have much of an impact.
