Unsure if the fixes were made for all epics but just a heads up, the Necro 4.5+ is unchanged. Unless to say the focus effect was changed to affect 5.0+ and if so, disregard.

I tested all effects from DoT damage, DD damage in all measures including all effects and actions as well as the epic pet (just in case).

The focus effects are 5.0+ for every class. The 4.5 didn't change for mages either as it would require a new pet.
