Just a thought but are paladins going to see a new hp buff come out for their Brell's line?
Unlikely. The druid buff addon was really a dirty attempt to help bring druids back into play, as well as a dynamically scaling buff.
Paladins are slightly better at survivability than SKs (but still below warriors obviously). Not going to really increase that right now.
