Is there any reason is is so absurdly rare? Have seen all the rest of the accessories for sale for 50-200k. Have most of them for my 12man. have 2 necks. Been working t5 long enough to finish 5.0 on first team, then 60+ kills on 2nd. Spent 12+ hours there last sat, saw2-3 or more ring/belt/back etc... 1 neck. Blah Blah Blah rng .. i understand that but i doubt anyone would argue it is the rarest piece there. It did not used to be this way. before t7, it dropped about same as the other accessories. please: 1. set it same %chance as other accessories
2. explain why it needs to be so rare
3. tell us all it has same chance and we all have had just incredibly bad luck.

Totally agree. This has bottle necked me and my friends groups to a point that's passed ridiculous.

I'd just like to add my 2 cents....I'm still in the works for my 18man box, 2 groups are done with T5 and 9/12 have necks from back when they were common. Now that I decided to make my 3rd group , only 1/6 have a neck item and they are almost done with their 100 kills other then the new ranger I'm currently in the works with.
9/12 old drop rates
1/6 new drop rates?
I could only hope something has gone wrong with the percentages there, if not 99% of the server has crap RNG.

Been farming the necks for two months. I have collected at least 4 times more essences than necks. Go Go Gadget RNG.

Have 99 of 100 kills.. Been in t5 for a week.. I have 8 necks of 12, however I only have 2 rings. Pretty sure the numbers are right just bad rng. Not opposed to having them checked for the sake if sanity tho.

Just thinking here (maybe some dont want tohear it) but complaining about RNG on x item isnt a good idea....people complain and then everything gets the nerf bat swung at it...oh you think the neck is a bottle neck? then lets make the ALL non-visible drops extra rare-drop! It has happened alot and some folks never learn.
