youre correct Hate, it does last longer than MGB, etc

its the point of remembering 6 different timers to recast everything on everyone

why not just make it simple and say all buffs last 1 hour?

what does that really, really affect? why is that so far fetched?

why does krakkin (sp lol) last for only 2 mins? is it because you want me to mindlessly hit a hotkey every 2 mins? or write a macro to hit that hotkey every 2 mins?

why does my sword and shield clickie vanish when I zone?

the logic I guess would be that you want to make sure I have the item, can find the item and click the item everytime I zone, or pay the price of doing without the buff?

I know, what am I thinking, its because maybe my finger broke and I wont be able to rebuff, now it makes sense as to why it has a shorter buff time Smiley

can you smell what the smartarse is cooking? lol /joking off

seriously tho, 1 hour buff for all buffs? crab, krak, epics, shield, sword, nothing vanishing on zoning

why not just make it easy to remember and such? its a custom server, can do anything you want, why not simplify it, streamline it, fun for all

Lets be honest,  the grind on EZ is not much different than live.  In fact, may be more of a vertical climb when considering tiers and number of characters it takes to progress.  Any of the top players can testify to the time required to progress.

Would you mind clarifying what "dynamic" means?   Also, how is EZ not EQ?

Well one thing is (or rather was) different on EQ live. People usually only played one character. On this server we have from 1, to 6 to 12 to 18 characters boxed. It is obviously a big quality of service if the casting time on buffs are shorter and perhaps also the duration of some buffs longer.

I'll be honest, I would just like all the buffs to be the same timer because it would make it easier to remember when to rebuff.

I am less concerned with the duration of the buffs

with so much of "our" game automated I personally just lose track of it during mindless farming. When I am doing something that actually requires me to focus on what I'm doing then its less of a hassle to remember to rebuff. Often times it is muscle reflex that rebuffs my crowd lol
