You can't click it if you're charmed, have someone else eat charm first.

Charmed players are considered hostile.. so beneficial spells shouldn't land on them.. however you can cast dispel magic to remove charm Smiley

Side note, but you should macro your EZ Cure into your abilities.  For example, every time my warrior commands my group to attack/stick to a mob, it also clicks charm on that same macro, so my cure goes off every couple seconds without ever having to do anything.
