I went to the vendor a bought the spell, tried to mem it but it says it's already in my book.
I tried looking through the right click options of my spell bar, I went through every category but I can't seem to find it.

Where is that spell located? What does the icon look like?  Any help would be appreciated.

it looks to be effected by spell duration, i casted it on my shaman and went downstairs to use the washroom and made a sandwich and when i came back the timer was still frozen at 24sec

edit: cooldown is also 60 seconds not 3 min

Were you in the nexus, the starting zone or CG/FG?  All buffs in those areas now do not count down.

Grudge is good with UW but worthless otherwise. That 100% flurry is nice. It's a group spell too and can be MGB'd.

Edit: You can't proc on a flurry
