Im trying to log onto EZ Server but I cant get to the character selection i get booted for no reason?

Someone entered the zone and than i went LD and cant get back on...

I think my internet company is having some problems connecting to certain areas of USA or something... Where is the server located?

Or am i banned for some reason?
