Morning All.
In the last couple of weeks I have helped a few people that were stuck at level 67 and could not level any further.
I do not know that cause of this, but the fix is already in place.
Have them go to the Level up Wench and hail her. Click Stuck and she will pierce them for a couple million hps.
This will return them to bind point and their exp bar will be empty.
Have them go ahead and get some more exp and they should ding again.
