Well I found out the hard way that Mana Necklaces are lore. Just a warning to those who might be crafting them for their casters, dont upgrade one if you already have one of that level in your inventory.

Is there any reason these things are lore? You only have one neck slot. Can this tag be removed?

I am sure it is lore so that each toon wanting one, just like the UW, has to be crafters guild flagged to make it.  Keeps people from making one toon to do all crafters guild stuff from just one toon.

I think you're confusing no trade with lore. They are tradeable and can be crafted by one player (just like augs since that's what they are basically).
