It's been about 7 years since I have played. I forget how to set up the game last time I had to buy Titanium to play do I need to install Titanium Secrets of Faydwer Seeds of Destruction Underfoot and Rain of Fear to play this time ? because I went to http://wiki.ezserver.online/Getting_Started and just downloaded RoF2 EQ client downloader and the ez_server_files_dl then renamed the eqhost.txt to login.projecteq.net and put
 [LoginServer]
#Host=login.eqemulator.net:5999
Host=login.projecteq.net:5999
inside the text file then made a short cut to the eqgame.exe and put
 EZServer\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme in the properties then tried to run optioneditor.exe and I got this message This app can not run on your pc so I tried clicking on the shortcut I made of the .exe game file and got the same massage So what am I doing wrong ? can someone please give me an easy step by step how to.

Ok so I have part of it figured out I wasn't waiting long enough for the main file to download in the beginning, but now i downloaded the full file. I changed the text file name eqhost.txt to login.projecteq.net and changed [LoginServer]#Host=login.eqemulator.net:5999 Host=login.projecteq.net:5999 inside the text file also changed the eqgame.exe and put patchme at the end. So now when I click on the eqgame.exe it opens like it's going to fully open but then shuts down right away anyone have an idea what's going on ?

Looks like you missing files still, iirc optioneditor uses these files at least, if they are missing you will get that error. There maybe others so check if you have these in the everquest root folder.
