just did 3.5 boss, two groups, one tank with 4.0's- was long fight, but we won- and the mt Meatbag (4.0'd) died lots due to the secrets i won't reveal about 3.5 boss, but anyhow we did it with the regen low like it is now. Man up. Please don't put 3.0's back to 1k regen hp was very exciting fight w/out it Smiley

Lex, how can you give that example and say you like the way it is balanced when your example is using someone who is using gear beyond the content? You should be able to do that with everyone being 3.0'd. Only then can you get a fair and just assessment of the content and the balance.

Yeah Uxt and I killed Shadow earlier with 4.0's, he's a tough one if you havent got 4.0.  I imagine it's going to be harder on those guys that havent got a tank with 4.0's, and ultimate charm.  Doesnt meatbag have full T4 armor too?  That helps a ton with close to 300k hp's.

Changed the Epic 3.5 Boss to have different spell set which doesn't include Shout Kills, and I reduced the HP from 150 million to 125 million.

Edited 4.0 Boss shoutkill from every 60 seconds to be 120 seconds instead.

i wish someone would of fraps'd it cuz  Meatbag spent lots of time rezing, ask him. 3.0's were tanking him just fine, it was two groups i'm talking about the regen both hp and mana, cleric never ran out of mana and yes I did tank the mob.  Ask your guildmate Gnaughty he was there.

Most of the new stat edits seem to benefit the 2.0, 2.5, and 4.0's the most due to more regen, etc.

The 3.0's should be similar to what they were before, slight nerf, but then big increase again with 3.5's.

Epic 3.5 boss should be cake now.

I'm not too concerned with hpt regen on 3.0s, in the end 1K more doesnt make any real difference by the time you are doing even T1 imo.

Mana regen on clerics is a pretty huge issues. Also unless the reboot changes it majorily new regen makes Wizard, amazingly, somehow more worthless to play.

Edit: Can mana regen be fixed on Charms? Early charms still have less mana regen than Noobie v2.

Cleric Epic was actually a bad edit, and fixed. Other Epics tweaked already.

Yeah, I can edit the Charms now that mana bug is gone.

Well I have to say I am impressed and pleased with the revisions to the change. Thank you Hunter, thank you very much.

Not to press any issues but I noticed I was not hitting as fast. I saw no difference from using my brawler27 than without any charm at all. I parsed for 5 minutes and my number of attempts went from (before the changes) 1302 (301 seconds) to (after the changes) 709 (314 seconds). My overall dps went from (before) 8714 to (after) 5532. It appears as if though the haste cap was lowered considerably. I will do more parses in the morning to have a more thorough look and analysis.
