Jumped in today to check things out.  Was interesting.  Ran 11 toons, all with UW12 except the three rogues with ST daggers.  All toons have EOTA except the three rogues.  I'll be putting EOTAs on them for sure.  Took quite awhile to take each mob down.  I saw Denzig taking on the Mother.  Thought I was far enough away but half my toons were gone in a flash, including my MT.  That was a bit weird.  I rezzed up and continued on.  Very noticeable increase in mob dps after getting a bit further past that point unless I just totally missed something, like my mitigation buffs, but I digress.

Looking forward to getting in there for real.  Thanks for all the hard work Draca!

Have hotkeys to turn off the views, see thread referenced above.  Works like a charm.  I use it in OC, SR, and HoS.

Yeah, it is mind numbing.  I'm at about 1400.  Had to take a break.  The thing is, when you're focusing on those mobs, you know there is no possibility of anything happening.  It's just a kill numbers game.  I don't mind, will be a long time before i get this reward, which will actually be a pretty huge benefit to my team of six, since i don't have all of the buffs this thing apparently gives.  That said, it would make it more interesting if an Annoying Thing had a 1 in 100 chance of spawning an ancient annoying thing which dropped 4 roses and had a 1 in 15 chance of dropping a GSS or something like that.  Or, if it was a chain spawn like HOS where killing an Annoying had a 1 in 50 chance of spawning a Greater Annoying thing (which drops 2 roses) and had a chance to spawn an ancient annoying thing which dropped 4 roses and a chance for a GSS.

If it stays like it is, it's all good.  Will get around to it eventually.

By the time you're farming GSSs in T10, plat really shouldn't be an issue.  I make T10 instances just because the succor reward item works in the instance and I'm lazy.  If i'm going to make a double or triple SR instance, I make a raid instance first just for convenience.  One zone pull and you've often already recapped the cost of the instance.

It's got to be tough.  They have lives.  I'm just happy the server is here.  Yes, would be great to have more folks on, and they trickle in here and there.  The next tier will immediately bring the morning EST level to 200, as opposed to the current 85-100'ish that I log on to most weekday mornings.  Bring the Halloween zone on in some form always accessible, and that would jump population, but just for the elites who were formerly here all the time.  BTW, I think paying 50MMpp for a 7 day instance, or even 100MM pp would be a great way to drain some plat from the server and bring prices back around.

To your question more to the point, invite friends, former players from the old days, meaning the live old days, etc.  May help a bit.  I love playing here since it's at your own pace and you can always go to any zone from the old days for nostalgia.  Good stuff, hope the server stays around.  I've been on for over 10 years now.

I've run this expedition at least 100 times, or at least 50, but the point is, I understand the mechanics of initiating, porting to Mayong, then into Blackburrow.

The last three times I've tried to get in, each after the lockouts expired, while at Mayong, it tells me "only the expedition leader can progress this scene..."

When typing #e on each of my toons, it states none of them are in an expedition.

It's a tough balance.  Would be nice if it's doable with 6, granted, don't want to make it too easy for people with 18 either.  Myself being a 6 boxer, understand that it should probably take at least 4 or 5 UW12s, obviously full UA and everything else on the MT.  I'm working towards 6 UW12's of course, but that's gonna take several months the way i play.  I'll be interested in seeing if I can take out the HW boss at that point.  If he's an indicator of possible T11 bosses, then i'll have to decide whether i can try to setup for more toons or call it at t10, and just mess around occasionally, which is ok too.  It's been fun playing here for the past 10 years and will continue to be i'm sure.  Took me forever to break into t10 with my 6 crew, should take at least equally as long to t11 i'd think, but hopefully doable!
