Seems it is 3.4 ghz (so .5 ghz less than the 3770k) but with same cache and cores as the i7 3770k......also slightly less expensive.

The big problem I see with t10 is by the time you finish the armor quests and have the power you have nothing to do with it.... there is limited reward in rerunning this zone..no GSOA....limited XP shards......cash loot is mostly meh at best....so why would you want to run past the armor quest? for essence?   

I have received one (only one) GSoA out of t10...with it's difficulty it should be better drop rate for sure....cash loot could be a LOT better....currently I think farming esse's in the t10 expedition is better because I hate t10 so much....as well as farming the plagueborns....t10 could be more fun if the spawns were fixed and with the length of time it takes to get (the orc boss for example) it should drop at least one esse every time...the esse drops in t10 are the suck! Now some mobs like Venombite who seems to spawn with the death of a certain mob that seems to be up at every respawn shouldn't because if that were the case you could get 1 t10 esse every 15 minutes...I think that the plagueborne quest should be in line with the orc weapon/bandit loot/vampire quest (100 items turn ins and 100 kills) but that's just me...will still take you a good while to complete it (about the same time it would take to complete the armor)....of course I also wish you could adapt the armor by doing more than one faction....get the orc armor and combine it with gnoll/sarnak for the benefits of each respective armor type (but I have mentioned that several times)

as far as "for esse?" yeah because you gotta do the UW 12 at some point....but spawns are so borked at the moment that is a REAL headache!

ok for the 1155 socket is the i7-3770K the biggest bang for the buck?  The research i have done says it is a "favorite of enthusiast".......

And yep, if you want DPS from your pet class you need to work at it (cast).

Once again...a good reason to use mellee! 

So you are saying that going with the processor over the SSD would be the best bet? 

I have been finished with gear/accessories  for MONTHS now and only sitting at 230ish plagueborn kills....plagueborns suck!

Yeah he has been telling me about that (getting a second machine) i just want to try to push this one as far as I can.....more of make it a moster kinda thing.....

Well, Chunka, I am trying not to buy a new mobo and processor....trying to get the most bang for my buck on a system I ONLY use to play EQ on EZ...so not looking at dumping a whole heap of money. 

The only time I use my casters is for EoN.....I have them bound at spawn points that are a pita to get to.  I have also noticed that necks don't proc pet buff First Mate's Gift like they use to....but with t10 mage/chanter spells it doesnt take but a second to kill the named anyway....I prefer using mellee in main groups because cloth toons die too quickly in t10 anyway...but they are GREAT for making some EoN pretty quickly

Maybe I can try the SSD and if that doesn't do what I need look at upgrading the processor at a later date.

Just looking for a way to run 18 toons....like I said 12 is fine...thought maybe the SSD with it's faster read/write capability would alleviate any other problems since my system is pretty tight....I have a new mobo that everything is connected to but maybe a new processor would help it...will have to see if anyone who is a computer genius can  shed some light into ways to get 18 toons on one system to work

Would you like to see an alternative entirely to T10? What would that challenge look like to you (Again, a previous tier style? Dungeon crawl?)

Thinking about this (and I may have commented and said this already i don't remember).....I think this is a valid idea, as far as a new zone, if we can instance it...break it down so that you go to x zone for clothies...x zone for plate...x zone for leather....x zone for chain...but that sounds like a WHOLE lot of programming. Maybe a whole new zone that can be instanced w/o all the server hoisting deal that the current is and allows for the mob triggers to actually work...but mainly for instancing.

any idea if it would help with lag running 18 toons?  I can run 12 fine but when I try to run 18 I have toons lagging behind when I hit my follow button and they just act stupid...so I have 6 toons sitting on the sidelines.

What do you like about gear progression upgrades and what would you like to see more of.


I would also like to see UW augs for slots 3 type 28 and slot 5 type 30(on a warrior) and slot 2 type 27 slot 5 type 30 (on a bard) slot 3 type 28 and slot 5 type 30 (on a pally)...those are some examples...but you cant fill every slot currently on any toon with an UW for some reason.

An idea....the Amplify Vulnerability UW aug (have one on my bard) is slot 28...could make that war usable as well.....
