I know theres stuff posted a thousand times and in all sorts of deep dark places on the forums, and hell. folks have done alot of great work on all the guids/information from theyre leg work they were willing to share. I recieved a basic template of this from a old friend in game, so i took it and ran. Added a few tabs as well as the Trackers, wich i thought were an awsome tool and help me play every time i log on. A couple of guildies helped me look over it before i decided to through it on here, Thanks guys! Anywho....Enjoy, hope it helps!

*Note 3-Information/Stuff gets changed in game all the time, if something is updated and is out dated in tracker...update it

This is exactly how i modified the target address:

"C:\Underfoot Client - EZServer\Sony\Everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

Installed the files from Hate's file dump page on a new laptop i got, however after following instructions post extraction via 7zip and renaming the eqgame.exe folder creating a short cut with patchme at the end, i keep getting a eqgame.exe - System Error message that reads:

The program cant start because d3dx9_30.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I've done this and reinstalled 3 times now...same issue...what gives?!?
