Would make T3 a semi raid zone, bosses you have to clear to get to.

Whatever you decide though, keep it a surprise. I always found half the fun of new content in EQ live was hunting down changes and quests.  Give us something to scramble to figure out. I loved the idea of the FG/CG quests, but I'd rather have clues to figure out what items to farm rather than the quest pc just telling me. I remember live did it and you got a fireworks clickie for doing the quest.

Once you get to T3 / T4 it means you've grinded through T1/T2 gear, the last thing I look forward to is yet another grind for an epic 3.5.  Farming cyans is bad enough, especially if you are a non boxer (see my semi ultimate charm suggestion thread for that arguement).

If you are going to add a 3.5, do something cool like 2.5. Ya Know, epic 2.5 was wicked cool.  It was different from epic 1.5 and 2.0, there was no 'grind' with 2.5.  It was solo-able and challenging when i did it, and just a cool concept.  That is if you weren't a monk

Get all AA's.  You can max out fairly quickly in a week or two.  Save tradeskill and stat / resists AA for last.

As far as gear goes....get full set of BoT....then full set of Potime, then full set of Qvic, then Tacvi....

T1 then,
T2 then,
T3 then,
finally....T4

Qvic is the starting point really.  To get a Tavci BP, you have to have a Qvic BP....to get a T1 BP, you have to have a Tacvi BP and so on.

EZ server is easy when you compare it to live.  EZ server does not go without challenges though.  Who would want to play something where everything was easy?  Where would the challenge be?

Speaking of the invisible bridge in the deep...

On Vallon, my guild was in the deep on our way to kill the big worm thing. A rival guild came in behind us for a pvp battle.  The invisible bridge was separating us, and we hadn't engaged yet. Their leader, a gnome rogue, came halfway across the bridge to check things out. I popped him with an arrow, he turned and ran straight off the bridge dieing.

I know it probably doesn't work like it, but it'd be cool if the rune auto scaled based on what zone you were in.

Or when you zone into T3, hand your ROA 100 to the observer guy, he hands you back the ROA 100 and another 'ring' with a better rune. When you zone out the other ring disappears.

I'm not sure how all that works though.

Kronos - BP - Pops 3 versions, 1 is real, 2 are trash.  As you fight him he will spawn gold dragons. I think the golds come 2 at a time.

Thur - arms - Pops Thur and Magni, magni being an add.  As you fight him he will spawn gold dragons.

Afadir - legs - Has an AE DD and knock back/stun i think.  Spawns brown dragons as you fight him so beware of poison.

Seth - Bracer - Probably easiest of fights.  He spawns golds as you fight him I think.

Imsety - Boots - Spawns Red Dragons as you fight him, nothing suprising.

Okeanos (sp?) - Helm - Has knock back AE DD, so watch he doesnt interrupt your healers.  Think he spawns...golds? Cant remember.

Mentu - Gloves - Spawns lava dragons as you fight him and he has an AE slow that's cured in 2 casts of cleric group heal.

Farming 100 Cyan doesnt take 95 hours, or maybe depend on how many you are to farm them, actually its at least  2 cyan per hour so 50h for 100 cyan.

To make Padme's statement above correct you have to add at the beginning:
"If you can box a group..."

otherwise we go back to the beginning of this thread over whether you have to box to farm T3 or not lol.

Think you are lucky if you got all 100 charm upgrades in 40 hours.  That's 2.5 charm upgrades an hour.  I went 4 hours sometimes without an upgrade.

It's luck of the draw, and slower for non warriors~

Ya know...I'd be satisfied if...

A semi ultimate charm could keep the same exact stats as a level 25 guardian charm, except combine the effects from the other 3 charms, and I'd be happy as hell.

Add a lil bonus with a lil extra HP for icing on the cake.

I know I'm one of those that sends tells to Danyelle in game being and probably am a pest about it.  At least its only for 2 of the 3 topics Reed listed.=)  I have to make a conscious effort not to be an even worse pest lol.

no...it won't happen.

My rig only has 2 gig of RAM.  That means boxing 3 is my limit....and that's pushing it.  Means I can't farm for cyans....unless someone else wants to do it for me? LoL...I'll provide some DPS lol.

Got all my level 25 charms. I'm out of content and goals for now lol.
