I was thinking:

There are quite a few things that  a person can get stuck on:

The rugs in ldon:Make it so you can't go in between and get stuck.
In fact:do that with everything including ladders.

In the original eq,i think there was a command:helpstuck which could be used every 5 mins i think.

also shrink, ogres do not stand a chance in tight quarters. not hard to get a shrink item.
