Ive been getting up at 3:50am lately... Not to train but for work
. One of my presents i want from santa this year is 5-7 hours a week to go to the gym. I know that volume isn't IM pace, but if you train efficiently you can do a 70.3 on 7 hours a week. It'll hurt, but you'll finish before the 8hr cutoff.. Even if you ARE in the last start wave... Grumble
