Just for arguments sake...
only 11% and 16% of separation for 2 classes that can mega-heal themselves? Where as a War is dependent on healer..
hmm interesting....

well, the cleric buff is kinda optional for both knights...you may have a cleric or not (you should!!)
should add 10% from tower of vie III cleric line

only have tower of vie II (6%) and tower of vie III (10%) ...guessing tower of vie I is 4% ish?
duration should be 16 sec, though i get 30 sec (possibly effected by aa?) recast 60 secs....they on different cooldowns so you can cast either then cast the other one while the first one is refreshing

Yes permanent ... before the changes warriors could get 99% permanently with 2 clerics cycling epic on them. |
