My UF install contains everything in that list. I did this two weeks ago when I first installed the UF client to play EQEmu servers. I've never had any issues as well playing on a few different accounts making several characters. This problem occurred just recently and I did nothing special besides create a new character when this issue hit.

This is how software bugs happen. They can be a rare occurrence and are difficult to reproduce. I hope if and when folks run into a similar issue they can find this post to help resolve the problem.
