to get in to instance 2 use waypoint credit... zone to nexus put plat in waypoint then go to the zone's instance dude and use it

Might as well add which zones have Trick or Treat NPCs.  I know Unrest has one, any others?

Also, you can make your own instances of all zones now, 50k for group 100k for guild Smiley
