Rez cast timer change

Hi Hunter,

I am not sure why the rez cast changed but there are a few problems, if you cast from you gloves and there is any error, corpse is out of range etc... you cant rez anymore, I was wondering if this could be fixed or if you could see fit to reverse the rez change

I've noticed with some items if you try to use it before the reuse timer is up (Banker, Waypoint, etc, also happens with CS Rez clicky gloves) it will reset the timer, but other things (UC, SK Epic 4.0) the timer just keeps going as normal.

I don't mind the casting time on rez items, but would be alot cooler if you could take out the cooldown or make it like 10 seconds so that doesn't happen. I mean if its just war and paladin or cleric and rez stone messes up im pretty much screwed, theres no way to recover from that.
