Added some pets to allow buffs in all zones (including T5 Abyss).

Necro, Mage, Enchanter 2.5+
Caster Guild Pet
Cazic Thule and Stone Monster Familiar
... will add more pets later.

Planning to possible revamp pet buff code anyways to allow better buffs per higher level pets.

Also made distillers tradeable just like I made solvents tradeable.

Effects should be available after next reboot.

In all seriousness, Jobtik the level 60 skeleton actually survives T4 bosses with the shaman click (which actually lands on him!) and 2 fireblades, and is a kraken and tempest blade proccing machine. He probably does about 10-12k dps if I can keep him alive and behind the boss. Hey, free dps is free dps.
