Needing Item Info!

I am trying to bring TOFS into useful nature. I cannot log in at work, but I need some item info pleaaaaaase!

~~T1-T4 HP Aug combined is 1000HP and goes in pretty much every slot. What aug type is it? (Shows 128 on our Magelo, is that correct?) Also what distiller removes it?~~
~~Melee Augs are I = vendor, II = qvic essence, III = tacvi, etc. Is this correct?~~
~~Monk 5.0 pic and/or Beastlord 5.0 pic?~~
EDIT #1 -strike augs and the classes that can use each
EDIT #2: What classes can use each -strike aug?
EDIT #3: Can anyone give me the item ID for the Crystallized Shadow Dagger?
EDIT #4: Can anyone post berserker 7.0 stat sheet pic?

-This just shows as a type 8 aug for me, removable with class XVIII distiller.

Augs are I = vendor, II = qvic essence, III = tacvi, etc. Is this correct? Cant recall if the hp aug 1 drops in LDON or not, but other type 1's do. Yes, qvic is 2 and tacvi 3.

Monk 5.0 pic and/or Beastlord 5.0 pic? Still too gimp to help ya there.

Hehe sorry, I didn't specify. I was curious on melee (crafted) augs. The -strike augs.

crafted augs start at tacvi.

Monk and Bst epics look the same as 4.0 at 5.0, but i took pictures anyway

Anuli, amazing. Thank you!

I wanted the pics for the stat sheet. I should have (and will clarify next time). Thanks again! I'm compiling the list of items to adjust and making notes on what to do to adjust them. Once I get all my info together, I will write up all the adjustments tonight.

Note: Hunter is still sick, so don't expect to see these for a bit (maybe a week).
