Seems chilled devil still isn't procing after reboot. Oddly, I see a resisted proc when I click the pet, but not when casting dd.
Even stranger, none of my casters with the chilled devil item even get a pet at all when they use it. Get the buff and a notice about resisting the Icestrike VI attack but no pet.
