with the new guild instances i think it is more important then ever for new players to join a guild. as more and more people use guild instanced the unguided will be more and more isolated.
there is plenty of new, noob friendly guilds, the guild "one box army" for solo players. higher progression only takes a group of people from with the previous zones gear. some road block like MoW and Qvic can he tough the first time but pretty much everything else is hard as hell solo but with 6 it becomes easy.
if you find yourself lost or always needing help, you need a guild. asking in ooc is not the best way find a guild, check guild listings on the forum or ask a friend. i been here 2 months dont know all the guilds here. then send a tell asking info about the guild and the process how to join. most if the time they will just invite you, others might want you to apply on a website.
