As of 12:30ish EST I attempted to log in and get a cannot connect error.  I went to the EQEMU website to check server status... that site's also down.  I'm guessing they are hosted through the same isp?  Damn, I hope this isn't a long outage.

In the future you can try one of the other LS, there are 3.
My eqhosts.txt looks like this

[LoginServer]
#for Titanium
#Host=eqemulator.net:5998

#for SoD
Host=eqemulator.net:5999
#Host=projecteq.net:5999
#Host=www.tsahosting.net:5999

I simply remove the "#" in front of the one I want to use.  Currently it's setup to use SoD on eqemulator.net
(port 5998 is for Titanium, 5999 is for SoD).

Login server IP has been changed, your host file should go directly to the IP.
