Hunter works at night. It will reset at 3am pacific / 6 am eastern.
Hunter's working hours (pretty sure he doesn't work THAT late) and when server restarts are not related.
my understanding is that the server is offsite (he's not hosting it from a computer in his home) and he has remote access to the server. but not always able to access or able to reset, so the 3 AM restart fixes issues that he can not "physically" fix.
Mostly correct, It is based off a system he did have at his home, but his friend few miles away got FTTH (fiber to the home) and moved it to that location to provide better bandwith and still have some access to the server itself
