I wanna create a new guild
But i don't know how to apply.
What kinds of procedures or conditions are necessary?
EX: sending a mail to.....

But in answering your question. Send Hunter an email, NOT A PM, an email. Tell him the name of the guild as you would like for it to appear and the leader of the guild.
