I've searched a few places but came up with nothing.

Every other time before the log in screen, I'm presented with a prompt that either i can Vote Now or Vote Later.

Is there any way to turn this off?  I do not plan on voting.

Just click "Vote Now", it will open a web browser - close that, and you will never see it again.
