I wanna start a new guild to consolidate all my toons under so I can do instances easier and I was wondering what the proper procedure was to make one.  I sent Hunter an Email requesting 2 different names incase 1 wouldn't work (had numbers in it) and the toons to put under it leaving the selection up to him which to make leader or whatever.  I understand Hunter is busy and I just want to be sure that was the correct course of action to start a guild.

You email hunter with a basic email he willl look at Smiley

Include this:
Name of toon to be Leader of said guild
Name of the guild you are requesting
Your username (not sure if this is needed, but i include it when i did mine. So he knows who the hell is emailing him)

Those 3 will get it done if the name is available. You do not need to be online to have this done.
