DayBreak, Bringer of Light has a group heal proc that is not working. With maxed 1hb skill and rank 70 it still says my will is not sufficient to command this weapon.

I asked another high level cleric and he also got the same results.

Any chance this could be fixed? I really love the weapon. It's cleric only, and will not proc for anyone due to bug. It's from Qvic.

This shit gets brought up about once a year and Hunter has never responded to it.
I know because I posted about it when I first got one back in the day.
Awesome weapon, has great potential and is totally ignored.

While your in qvic grab the one with the dd proc, at least if your lazy like me and bind at a cg/fg spawn pt you can die and beat something to death before rez

I doubt this will ever be resolved, but the reason for this is that the cleric 4.0 is a 1hb with a group heal.

As this should be the eventual goal for clerics, it's probably not even registering on Hunter's priority list.
