Is there at time in the game that you can consider to use sorcerer charm instead of brawlers charm  for monks?

I have now a monk T4 with 2 epic 4.0 with 2FSV and 1NSV in each epic, brawler lvl 27, no ROA but i have the T4 200% haste spell.

Can't find the post where the whole haste cap through items, spells and songs is explained

If i know change the brawler charm into a sorcerer charm (lvl 25)wont i produce more dps?

If caps weren't touched...haste caps SHOULD look like it:

Base: 100%
Worn / Spell : Combined 100% (IE worn 45% + 55% spell = 100%)
Over haste (v2 haste found on the Moonstone sceptre and such): 25%

Meaning you can cap out at 225% total haste...And the Stat tab you get on the UF client and such supports this.

I have the T4 BP also (100%) and I sit at a 200% haste in my stat window, I try to get haste from buff bot or something and it stays at 200%, I click my moonstone sceptre (10% v2 haste) I sit at 210%.

If my information is incorrect, feel free to correct it. But from what I remembered on live, and what this server (Gear / clickywise) has to offer it seems right.

I am almost positive the haste cap has been modified to be capped at 500. Being as it is that high it is better to look at minimum delay than the haste cap. Minimum delay to my knowledge has not been modified and is 10. The monk 4.0 has a delay of 19 so anything above 90% is no benefit. That does not mean that your t4 monk clicky is not beneficial. It also increases your hit damage. I am sure you have seen that it is like having innerflame up permanently.

All that being said, sorc, sorc, sorc.

Unless it's changed, I thought it was 300%.

I expect the tab in the UF client won't go past +100% haste, which would display 200%, plus whatever v3 haste you have.  Only way to tell what the server is actually using without #mystats/#showstats would be to equip something with a high delay and parse.  It won't be exact, but it should tell you if you're getting the benefit from more than 100% or not.

It looks like you are correct. If you ever tell anyone I was wrong about it I will deny it unequivocally, lol jk. Thanks for the info.
