Hey I've heard alot about this server and everytime I try to play I cant interact with others because I dont have permission to talk in OOC Global or Tell LOL I'm really intertested in playing here and just wanna talk to my other players, please help

I think you have to be like level 10 or something to use tells... I forget but I had same prob...
