I've seen a couple posts about people saying it's a good aug for Slot 4 and seeing as how my SK (Shortcake) can't use Anger aug's I'd throw a lifetap in there.

Question is, which mob drops it?  Or is it a zone wide chance?

Think it is the wraith located in the top of the building in the centre of the zone through the fire on the Island, you cant miss it.

Any boss mob can drop them.  Fear, Dread, and umm...the other one. CT i think.  Wraith of Shissar, etc.

Faint Lolite Stone is a 2her tap
Then theres the 1her tap aug, it taps for 100

That would explain why I haven't found one yet.  I haven't gone after the Death Touching named ones yet.  Will have to take my Druid with CG pet to try and kill them to bypass the DT, lol.
