The problem isn't that it takes 1-4 times, the problem is that it takes 3-4 times every kill now.  The average number of jumps per kill seems higher than before

I think shadow drops one charm max now since the source change. But most times its just a 3.5 book and no charms.

I got two V1s in a single kill from Shadow today, so it CAN still happen... sometimes.
