Haven't played in a couple of years.  Is there a quick way to read up on the changes in the server that have happened since the 4.0 epic was the highest one available?

We're up to epic 7.0 and the list of changes are too much to list. Just read forums, specifically the update category, where I post 90% of the changes I make.
