No it already summons the pet when you click the epic, as you designed it to.....what I mean is an aggro reducer proc added to it (like the monk/berserker epics do)
It may be easier to attach a flat reduction focus effect (number of procs and what not). Something generic with -20% threat reduction as the effect.
