I know you can change the look of your armor with dyes.  I was just wondering if there was a way to change the look of your armor from chain to plate. Or even from chain to leather or something.  Have it retain all its properties, just look different.

I just think it would be cool to have that level of customization.

you actually can with old world models in the global character armor files.  It's not easy and can take time.

If you look on the old forum probably on the first page I posted some armor customization files I made... mainly just make all armor velious look and Ogre chain = Dark elf Plate cause it looks BAAAADASSSSS and I wanted my zerker to look cool whenever I looked at him.

My username was Hazard back then.
