There is alot of info on the forums to be sure, but as a new player trying to read up it can be daunting. Below is my attempt at a short guide, to some of the most frequently asked questions.
This assumes you have already been to the EQEmulator site and created atleast one login for 3 accounts ( might want to start with 6-12, why not they are free).

T5 is the real NooB filter. It is a pretty hefty time sink for someone new to the server. the docs from the above link will help explain how the random bosses work. its nicer now, the wrist mobs are on 30 minute timer, instead of 2 hours. The bosses all have a chance for accessories now, alot easier to gt full sets of those. You will need to get both 4.5's and 5.0's in this zone/tier. You will also want to seriously want to consider finishing most or all of your UC's while working on this tier, as the Corals will eat up a non-UC toon quickly.
T6 is a straight grind to the end. Kill all the bosses along the way for gear upgrades. do it 10 more times for the UCv2. 5.5 books and pages drop along the way, and 6.0 book drops off of OMM at the end. NOTE, kill all the mobs in zone before you touch OMM, or he will poof. the ones in his room around the edge and possibly make him poof, so be careful how you pull them.

http://ezserver.online/forums/index.php?topic=3822.0Be careful about Augs going from 8's to 9's, and epics from 6.0 to 7.0, 8's do not fit in 7.0. To make the Epic aug, hand in an un-augged 7.0 into the wandering trader, then you can stick it in the weapons you get from Pride, or the T8 Skins.
