This server more or less caters to the boxers. Proven and true fact of life. Like it or not. They bring in the numbers population wise, got us into preferred server status. With that, they do progress fast (well usually) as long as they know how to manage all the chars they are trying to box. Guilds should be what brings people into T1+ but it doesn't, and the fact you said "thats why guilds exist" doesn't even make sense towards the argument of adding a larger Rune effect to the RoA (or new ring). Still would need a MT with a lot of HP to handle the mobs. The added Rune would substitute for lack of HP/ Healing power.
Of course this will also be "abused" (I use that word very very loosely) by us boxers, in making it even easier for us to progress. *shrug*
