A while back I was contacted about this spell and it's usage. I read the spell and agreed that it reads like it should be able to be cast on others.

What I had actually forgotten was that the spell was changed quite a while back to be self cast only for Clerics. At the same time Hunter put in the Divine Intervention reward item.

The spell itself, in our current game content is a tad overpowered, trivializing content thus making it difficult to produce meaningful content in the future. This gave melee % mitigation as well as the chance to come back to life after a death.

The decision was made for it to go back to being a Self Cast only spell for Clerics.

The EZ Server Administration Staff stands by this change and it will remain.

There probably aren't many people who remember this custom spelll being put into the game, but it was Hateborne who designed it and he was very clear about it's intention.

Alright, here is a more final list. This has all the abilities that I have written. Whether some/all get implemented is up to the bossman. If anyone has any questions, please post them here. No question is stupid.

I also realize that: YES, SOME CLASSES NEED MORE SPELLS!

The list is self explanatory. The only real note to be made is effects in PINK are pet related. Pet summoning or buffing.

Yeah, working on it. This is just a giant step towards class balancing. Here we go...


Cleric:
   Armor of the Matyr (Self-Only HP/Armor Buff) Shai-Halad or Kronos/T5
      5000/12500 HP Buff
      100/250 Mana per tick
   Timeless: Chromastrike (Normal Cast DD) T3/T5
      5000/12500 Chromatic (Low-Resist) Damage
   Unswerving Hammer of Absolution (Healing Pet) T2/T4/T6
      Pet Proc - Holy Knight Recourse 2.0/2.5/3.0 (Heal only, no damage)
      Pet HP - 15000/35000/50000
      Pet Permanent Stonewall - 75%
      Pet Spawn-With Buff - Focus of Healing/Focus of Healing/Amplify Healing
      Pet White Damage - 1500/2500/7500
      Pet Weapon Graphic (NYI) - Hammer from the Avatar of Skies
   Tower of Vie (Temporary Damage Buffer) Sand Monster or TACVI 8th/H1N1 or Warlord/T6
      Mitigate 10/15/20% Melee Damage until 15000/50000/100000
   Mark of Emperors (Heal On Striking Debuff) QVIC/T3/T6
      (ON MOB) Weapon Proc 100/500/1000 Heal On Target
   Holy Blessing of Intervention (Self-Only Ass Saver) T5
      Divine Intervention
      25% Stonewall
      Defensive Proc:
         Calm -10000 (Reduce Threat)
   (5 MINUTE COOLDOWN, SLOW CAST)
   Yaulp XI (yaulp yaulp yaulp) T6
      150 ATK (lol)
      40% Improved Damage
      50% Increased Proc Chance
      150% Haste

Note the part specific to Holy Blessing of Intervention, the fact that the spell information text is incorrect is because Hate used the lower level cleric spell divine intervention as the template and made field adjustments to it and never updated the text.

I guess some are just threatened to see anything that may help other lower players advance, it must be the Armageddon theory that others that are busting will overtake those that have achieved all their shit when the decent drop rate was at the very least 2 times what it is now.  New content may help distract those players anal enough to feel they need to police the server.

Lol wut....that shit was broken. It was clearly not intended to be cast on others. People who made use of it should just be glad they had it as long as they did. It is sad that the same song is being sung...everytime something is nerfed, its the folks at the top stomping on the lower levels.

Honestly when i used it last week, i thought T11 was going to be trivialized by it and T11 is still a little sperm in Rents ball sack waiting to make its journey to Akka's egg.

Drop rate of what was two times what it is now?

I don't know where people keep getting this perception but we haven't nerfed drop rates of anything anytime that I can remember

If anything things have been made much easier than they were before

T10 was WAY harder before HAHAHA you guys who are new to server or weren't there before the changes know NOTHING! GSS have ALWAYS been a rare drop. I have been in T10 before the revamp and GSS were put into the game at that point...but if you want to blame someone for you being butthurt over GSS blame me...it was my idea so that content could be played longer so people would have something to strive for....as for drop rates in T10 the ONLY thing I think that needs to be adjusted is the esse drop rate....I have 6 toons in full UA (out of 3 groups) and only have 3 or 4 UW11's (or is it UW12's I can't remember).
