I purchased the noobie package and I received everything except the number 5 on the list epic 3.0 weapon x1.. am I just SOL or do I have a way to claim this?

Did it give you a class augment 3.0? It's a oval red gem. If so, go to postorms, buy an appropriate weapon, and put the augment in it. If you didn't get it, email ezserveronline@gmail.com Rent or Akka should make it right for you.
