If you have big ideas, try to leave them on the forums for discussion so I can get thru my email inbox which fills up a lot. If you have something important then please give me 1-2 days to reply to your email before asking if I got the email.
Aug Pool has no reimbursements. If you want to take the chance of using it, then don't use ANY 3rd party programs including WinEQ2 or MQ or isboxer, or else your client may crash, and you don't get your hard earned items back. Try to use Aug Pool in an instance so nobody disturbs you. The Nexus has an Waypoint NPC for instances.
Saturdays is my day off from work and only available time to do special request like guilds, or fixing bugs.
