I was doing some PoD last night, and my Druid heals was triggering my oracle but not 3.0 clicky
My epic was still doing 2k heal, when was this changed... I didn't see any thing about it in the update forum about it

I'm hoping it it just a bug Sad

I do believe the druid epic is bugged, where its doing base regen and not focus of healing + oracle charm.

Likewise. Druid Epic 2.5 with healing focus and oracle charm is only doing 1000 per tick. I have tried loading up SoD and blocking Gift of Mana. Did not make a difference, still 1000 per tick.

is druid in your group and stays in group?

haven't used druid epic much but it used to only give base regen if the druid was out of the group

Had it on the Druid himself. I would assume that is in group. In any case, the same setup used to do 3000 / tick

Yep only does 2k instead of 6k with Focus of Healing/Oracle.  Both in and out of group and in same zone.  This happened after the first source code update

Confirmed here as well My druid's epic 3.0 clicky l33t hot's have been reduced from 6k to 2k a tick with Focus of healing and Oracle charm 6.  Any correction in sight for this change?

It would be helpful if you could list the names of the focuses/spells in question, I know you all know but none of the EQ devs play here(that I know of) so not much can be done without the names.

All of the spells in question are custom made for here.

Ancient: Regeneration 3.0 is 2k/tick regen.
Focus of Healing is a buff that increases healing by 100%.
Oracles Focus is a worn focus on a charm that increases healing by 100%.

It broke when the source was updated right before Thanksgiving.  The regen was affected by both, now it seems to not be affected by either.  I assume it is because of the changes to the way bonuses work.

Yes source got updated. Its not the Epics that got nerfed but how spell heal/dmg bonuses are handled. Will see if there are rule values I can fix or alt solutions. It's high up on to do list.

The problem is that the current effect being used is a regeneration effect and regens are not supposed to be affected by healing focuses(they were incorrectly being focused prior to the update). If you wish to retain the ability to focus a duration heal then you need to use the HealOverTime effect(100), ie:
