The spell Nature Veil level 66 doesnt not work when casted you always resist it as if its harmful when its purpose is an aggro reduction just thought id let you know .

because it is a harmful spell, you cast it on the mob and it works that way. it just doesn't have a good icon for that type of spell

Nope its not a harmful spell, its a buff for players, it works like jolt does sort of and on live we always used it on ranger,monk,rog,zerkers on raids or in risky groups so dps didnt have as much hate from the mobs we were killing . I think your thinking of the Harmony spell line that is used for pulling mobs.
